Positive: I recently stayed here for 2 nights, and it was a great experience. The location was perfect, and the staff was very kind and caring. They even upgraded our room. I was traveling with my elderly parents, and the hotel made sure everything went smoothly. They helped us arrange transportation, which was very professional. The food was excellent, with a lot of vegetarian options, and both breakfast and dinner had a wide variety. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. A big thank you to Mr. Yashpal for all his help. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting!

Negative: Everything was perfect.

Positive: The staff was quite good and accomodating. Especially the gentleman at the desk and the head Cheff were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make us feel good. They also allowed us late checkout despite the fact the hotel was experiencing high occupancy.

Negative: Swimming pool water quality was not upto the mark.

Summary: Overall it was a great stay and we will be staying at more lemon tree hotels in the future.

Positive: Good room, great location (close to Dwarkadhish temple). Staff was very professional and nice, specially Dimple in the Dining hall. Clean room and hotel. Food was good and delicious in the dining halls, with good variety in buffets.

Negative: The property did not accept my credit card because it was a foreign credit card. I preferred to pay via credit card because I do not carry enough cash. It was a hassle.

Summary: Stay was good, except the payment part because they would not accept my foreign credit card.
