Summary: Lovely hotel. Food was very much fine dining so no options if that is not to your taste. Catered well for children although high chairs could do with straps! Lovely room and exceptional views from the balcony. Pool was small but nice.

Summary: There is not enough I can say about this property. It is stunningly beautiful. Location is extraordinary. Every single experience from walking through the door to check out were second to none. The staff were beyond excellent. The room was absolutely one of the best I have stayed in. The views from the property can't be beat. This is a property you go to for an experience. Highly recommend.

Summary: We enjoyed a wonderful stay. A very comfortable hotel with helpful, friendly staff and a wonderful gourmet restaurant. We travelled by train and walked to the hotel which is next to a ski slope so we were able to enjoy the spa as we watched the skiers and admired the majestic mountains surrounding the hotel. Our room was very comfortable with amazing views.

Summary: The hotel deserves its 5 stars. The gourmet dinning experience at restaurant Spettacolo is 2 thumbs up. Great hotel service, clean and spacious room for 2 adults and 1 kid. My son really enjoyed the kid's care-taking by Thomas, offering free service from the afternoon until 9pm. Nice kid's playroom with loads of toys, handcraft possibilities Nintendo switch and kid's restroom. Hotel location is right next to cable car station. We had a few hours walk in the mountain and enjoyed the amazing surrounding. We joined the hotel intro offered for free by hotel manager to learn the history, future plans, hotel infrastructure and visited the restaurant. Highly recommended!

Summary: All five star amenities available. Food varieties could be more check in at 3.30 pm and check out at 11 am - fail to understand why they need 4.5 hours to clean the room. We were asked to leave both the rooms at 11...had to rush the breakfast and leave the property Disgusting, Half the day is wasted in this u can’t check in before 3.30 and have to leave at 11 am. This policy needs to be re-examined

Summary: Nice relaxed atmosphere with perfect service, superb spa and swimming pools, and very comfortable rooms. We were all welcomed warmly, including our dog, who was spoilt with special food and his own blanket :) All in all the perfect place for us to recover from a long hike through the Swiss alps at a reasonable price!! Well done, Lenkerhof!
