Positive: Very friendly, courteous and helpful staff. Excellent location. Walking distance to all main attractions. Excellent breakfast. Lovely comfortable room with an amazing shower.

Negative: Be careful of steps in the lounge they are the same tiles throughout. My sister had a bad fall. It would be wise to highlight the steps area.

Positive: The location is good.

Negative: Service at the caffe for breakfast was very slow. At the back of the hotel, directly from the room was the construction site. So the balcony door had to be closed due to construction dust. Also they start warming at 7 am during weekdays.

Positive: Our stay was absolutely outstanding. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The location is unbeatable,perfectly situated for exploring the city, with beautiful surroundings and easy access to all major attractions. The cleanliness was impeccable. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and very well maintained, which made us feel relaxed and at home immediately. The breakfast was excellent. It was the perfect way to start our day. What truly made our experience exceptional, however, was the staff. Every single person we interacted with was incredibly kind, professional, and genuinely helpful. Their warm attitude and willingness to assist with anything we needed made a lasting impression on us. We highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. Thank you for making our visit so special.
