Positive: The Hotel is in a lovely location, the rooms are lovely. There is a good choice of food and drink and plenty going on in the Hotel activities etc.

Negative: The entertainment in the evening starts around 7.30 for kids and then 8pm there is a singer. Dinner starts at 6.30pm and we went there for that time. We then went up to the Lobby where the entertainment was. It was a struggle to get somewhere to sit and we had to try and get chairs from outside. There is just not enough places for people to sit in the only area where the entertainment is. Also our room was on the 3rd floor, the entertainment and lobby was a few floors down (0). It was so loud, it was hard to sleep. We had noise up until midnight at least most nights. I know people are on holiday and want to stay up and enjoy themselves, but for families with young children, it would be very hard to get them to sleep. There is a Family Lounge downstairs where you have to pay extra to go in, kind of an upgrade even though everything is all inclusive. It would be better for the evening entertainment to be down there, well away from the rooms.

Summary: Lovely Hotel, lots of good things about it. Just a few improvements to make peoples stay even better

Positive: Wonderful garden and children amenities. Very tasty food however too big accent of british food,

Negative: After the total renovation at the hotel potentially did ot have time for s deep cleaning of the rooms. It would be also great if the outdoor pools get heated and there is slightly larger vsriety for breakfast. The dominant food is English typical breakfast

Positive: Very friendly staff Nice pool Large variety of drinks at the bar

Negative: Kids club is for age 4+ , we were with a 2 yo and had no activities besides the pool and the family lounge. Eventually every day felt the same with same routine. The hotel has no policy against saving seats at the pool- people were saving seats from 6am and even from the night before, very frustrating.

Positive: In our opinion, this is a hotel for people with children. We stayed for 9 days, with a 3.5 year old child. It was fun for him, the entertainment team was great, he especially liked Mika. He really liked the pools, he had a favorite spot. The playground is in the shade, there is a bouncy castle, table tennis... Every evening there is an entertainment for children. The rooms were clean. There were always free sunbeds, although we didn't rush to take them..

Negative: People left food and drinks everywhere, which resulted in greasy table tennis..

Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel with my family for 2nd time. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready with a smile. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, perfect for a family. The location was excellent and the food was delicious with plenty of variety for both kids and adults. The best part is the pool area for the kids. My 4 years old son was really excited playing in the water slides of the pirate ship! We would definitely recommend this hotel to other families and look forward to coming back again!
