Summary: Maintenance was almost non-existing. Parking was 15€/day. Non-existing service at the rooms. (Must get everything yourself at reception.)

Summary: Claims to have room service and doesn't. No lift despite being an airport hotel where people you know, have luggage. Ok otherwise

Summary: I stayed again at Leonardo Hotel close to DUS airport and I was not disappointed. The staff at the reception was very friendly. I got a nice quiet room where I found complimentary delicious macarons. I will come again for sure.
