Positive: We had a fantastic stay in the Leonardo; superb experience. The hotel staff were very friendly, personal, and supportive. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. I can highly recommend the hotel.
Negative: I personally like fresh air in my hotel room and wasn't aware that the hotel is fully air conditioned, and it was not possible to open the windows.
Summary: Exceptional, especially the staff at the check-in and check-out. Thank you!

Positive: Very good room, with a comfortable bed. The hotel is located right between the center of town and the railway station and bus terminal.
Negative: The glass of the bathtub is quite short and it doesn't stop water from going into the bathroom.
