Summary: The stay was great, the water in the pool were cold. Hotels.com made us a lot of trouble. Although they declaired the price includeed fees and taxes it didn't. So we had to add extra 18% for taxes.

Summary: check in was ok, they did not inform us of fee for parking or any other parking accommodations. delivered a small bottle of wine and some cookies to the room, very nice. room had no working safe, no blow dryer, carpeting in hallways was torn. jacuzzi broken.

Summary: Nothing to like except breakfast, which is very good by western standards but just barely Ok by Israeli standards. Rest of the facility is a poorly managed. My room on 11th floor was simply dangerous for health.

Summary: We stayed here on a sleepy winter night. Check in was swift but very indifferent and lacking in info. The lobby seemed sad and dull and the bar wasn't open. Room felt very clean although outdated and we had a good night's sleep although the pillows felt old and thin. Bathroom requires an update but is nevertheless functioning and clean. TV transmition was a little grainy and the chanels did not match what was written in the guide. I tried calling reception but there were no instructions as to which number to dial. The hotel app itself didn't offer the things it claimed to include .. such as room service menu, meal times etc and was very basic and uninformative. Breakfast variety was good but mostly not tasty. At this price level I would expect so much more... so while it was OK it was not at all worth the price.
