Summary: So to be honest, this hotel did not feel like a five star hotel at all. It felt more like an elevated three star hotel. The bedsheets were not very white. The towels were not very white either the ground of the property nice big Special you know greenery everywhere however the feel of the place was not 5 that it was not luxury. It was more like a three star hotel elevated so that took away from the experience for me because I expected more but the staff very helpful. Very amazing people so that was the plus for me.

Summary: The resort is wonderfully located. Overall our stay was ok. The staff was not attentive to the small things. Large wait times for service at meals. The whole property could use some upgrades. We usually stay at the Sarova Whitesands. I think we will be headed back there next year.

Summary: We stayed in the Residences 2Bd it was amazing. The pool didn't heat up, but the kids enjoyed it. Breakfast was 1-star, too many flies, they had nets, but people were not covering the food back up. They need to set up fans and place them over the food to prevent the flies. The acrobat show was great. The beach was good, we had someone walk us across the lowtide (I had 3 small kids for $15). We visited the main pool, and the kids enjoyed it. The lunch bar sold great food. We ate lunch off the resort daily, best food was at the Salty Squid. We attempted to eat at Nomad but they wanted us to pay an entrance at the gate (I didn't like it). Room service: The laundry service was good. Room Service was quick and hot. It's a limited menu, pizza was not good. We moved to building 400, after 4 days for one night, no complaints.

Summary: The hotel was beautiful, our cottage overlooking the sea just perfect and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Agnes, the manager was especially kind and supportive when our bag was temporarily lost at the airport. She was equanimity personified, and utterly professional as she helped us navigate a path to the bag's retrieval. A wonderful ambassador for the hotel. Thank you Agnes.
