It features a private 8 m x 4 m infinity pool from which you will never tire of admiring the magnificent view of the sea and the bay of Fort de France. It is spread over two levels, offering you very beautiful volumes with refined decoration.
At the first level, the immense living space composed of a living room and a dining area opens onto the superb landscaped terrace and the sublime infinity pool offering you a splendid view. The kitchen is also open to the terrace with its bar, where you can enjoy a coffee or a ti'punch with the Caribbean Sea and the Bay of Fort-de-France always as a backdrop.
The kitchen is very well equipped: fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, induction hob, Nespresso coffee maker, Italian coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, kettle.
On this same level you will have a master suite with an air-conditioned bedroom with a 160 bed and wardrobe and an adjoining bathroom with an Italian shower, toilet, and a guest toilet.
