Positive: We had the room at the top and a roof terrace that made the climb up the stairs worth it. Great views, reasonably private and spent each evening watching the birds swooping and feeding and then the bats came out. Brilliant. ' hot tub' turned out to be an indoor whirlpool bath but still great fun. The location was excellent in the middle of town with enough cafes for breakfast and lots of restaurants, although many only open at lunchtime and close out of season. Spar supermarket virtually next door. For an amazing meal eat at Les Barques Can Joan although not cheap. Overall, a nice, very Catalan town which was very relaxing.

Negative: Nothing but be aware there is no lift so its up the stairs. A chair would have been good.

Positive: Great location on a car free street. Coffee shop, patisserie and restaurants o n the street. Walking distance to the beach. Clean and modern room. Easy check in and watsap details how to enter the room.

Negative: We liked everything. The room is small but not a problem for us as we were out all day enjoying the area.

Positive: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Les cases d'Alcantar. The apartment's location is absolutely fantastic—it was the perfect base for exploring the area, with everything we needed within easy walking distance.

Negative: It's true we experienced an unforeseen issue with our room. However, the true mark of a great host is how they handle these situations, and the owner exceeded our expectations. He was incredibly proactive, communicated with us clearly and promptly throughout the entire process, and did everything he possibly could to resolve the problem for us quickly. Thanks to his efforts and professionalism, what could have been a major inconvenience was minimized, and our visit remained very pleasant. We truly appreciated his dedication and would not hesitate to book here again because we know we are in good hands. Thank you for making our stay a positive one!
