If you wish to do the cleaning yourself, a cash deposit of € 160 will be required on arrival. This sum (160 €) will be returned to you at the exit after verification.

Located in the heart of the Norman Bocage, easy access to the Baudouin Chair near Villedieu-les-Poêles in 3 hours by car from Paris. 20 minutes from the beaches of Granville, Mont-st-Michel, Avranches and the ZOO of Champrepus, Karting ... ideally located to discover the South Manche and the landing beaches but also the cities of CAEN, Cancale, Dinard, St Malo at 45 minutes.
Villedieu is one of the essential stops for craft tourism in Normandy. Fruit of a history that dates back to the Middle Ages, the work of copper and metal occupies an important place among his places of visit. The Copper Workshop, the Poeslerie Museum, the Bell Foundry honor this city classified as a City and Crafts with their know-how.

DESCRIPTION OF THE HOUSE:
This country-inspired cottage offered by Clef Decamp is located in the countryside of Villedieu-les-Poêles, in the town of La Chaise Baudouin. Completely renovated, this large house with private courtyard and garage has a large garden in the heart of nature.
The cottage is composed of a ground floor as well as a floor.
- On the ground floor, you will find the laundry area with washing machine and dryer, then a very well equipped games room with TV (NETFLIX) and Bonzini table football. You will also have a bathroom with a toilet and a large room of 50m² with a kitchen with a large central island and a living-dining room with a large fireplace. The kitchen is hyper-equipped with a large table (10 people), a Falcon cooking piano, a microwave, 1 dishwasher, 1 kettle, 1 toaster, 1 classic filter coffee maker and 1 coffee maker with Nespresso capsule, 1 Kenwood multi-function robot, 1 centrifuge, kitchen bottoms (tea, salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, spices…), frying pans, pots etc., dishes and cutlery and a fridge-freezer.
- The 1st floor is composed of a shower room with WC and 3 bedrooms with flat screen TV, wifi:
