Positive: The location was good, the interior design was modern, it had a barbecue, a jacuzzi, and a TV, as mentioned in the property's description, and all the kitchen wares that we needed.
Negative: The Wi-Fi was not working. When we called the management, they said it was a problem with the internet company, and because we were there during the weekends, they could not fix it. The sheets were not clean before our arrival, so we did them. The dryer did not work. The main issue that we had during our stay was the cleaning issue, and I hope the management of the property considers asking the cleaning crew to change all sheets to clean sheets to get a 10 of 10 score.
Summary: It was good, would be the best if cleaning crew did their job, and the dryer and Wi-Fi were working.

Positive: I liked everything but the facility which was not too bad. I just wanted to know the truth about it.
Negative: The cottage was rusty, I was not ready for that. Description of the facility should state it honestly.

Positive: It was in a nice quiet location, easy to find and lots of parking space with a 10-15 min walk to the centre. Very rustic log cabin property.
Negative: There’s no outside seating available, which was a shame. Deck has a hot tub and bbq, but no seats. There were a few problems with things not working well (bbq, hot tub, washing machine, light bulbs). So a bit of proactive checking and maintenance is needed ahead of people staying. But all this was reported so hopefully sorted now!
Summary: Nice quiet location, rustic log cabin.

Positive: Nice well proportioned chalet, excellently equipped with a full kitchen. Great rooms and en-suites. Best part was the hot tub on the balcony with the view onto the ski area. We really can't find anything we didn't like here.
