Positive: Great location, liked the 3 bedroom setting and the spaciousness of the apartment. It is on the 4th floor but with a small elevator. We ended up taking the stairs for exercise 😃

Positive: The location is excellent. We arrived by coach bus at Gare Saint Charles. We didn’t time it with our luggage in tow, but according to Google Maps, the exit from Navrik Square stairs takes about 6 minutes. Great walking access to cafes, restaurants, the Old Port, and some other points of interest. It took us about 40 minutes to walk to the Basilica of Notre-Dame-of-la-Garde at Marseille. The apartment was huge. The pictures online are exactly how you'll find Les Floriales. We liked the spacious living area, dining, and bedrooms (1&2). The third bedroom is more suitable for young children. We liked the big French doors in: The living areas facing the square, Bedroom 2, next to the main living room (though we didn't use this room), The kitchen balcony had access to a small clothes line. Note, make sure you use clothes pegs as we noticed down below the apartment block a towel had fallen down. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the appliances one would expect in a home, Nespresso coffee pods, plus a full-size Smeg fridge/freezer. The shower in the main bathroom was fairly new and modern, with a selection of jet sprays. A separate toilet, which was good. My husband and I also liked the big TV in the main living room and in Bedroom 1 and 2. I would come back here again. Negative: There was one section of the parquetry flooring area near the main bathroom door that was slightly damaged, making it a trip hazard. My husband found the WiFi speed was very slow.

Positive: Amazing beautiful space in the centre of Marseille, close to the metro (2 minutes walk), main train station (7 minutes walk) and to the old harbour (14 minutes walk). The area might appear a bit rough but the huge flat in the 4th floor feels really safe...and cosy. The key and main door code system was described by the owners perfect. We didn't meet them in real, but the whole communication was very good, quick and helpful. The kitchen includes a big refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine. We were with 8 people and the place was big enough for all. The elevator to the 4th floor is small, but unique and an experience on It's own. And...it was very quiet...although the place is so central: another big plus.

Positive: Spacious apartment which was well equipped. Kitchen had so much in and having 3 bedrooms made it very comfortable as a group of 5.
Negative: Very close to the train station but not a very nice area to walk around as a woman. Me and my friends (21 years old) were repeatedly stared at and catcalled in the streets around the apartment. Be careful staying here as young women!

Positive: Beautiful apartment but the neighbourhood wasn't the best. The children didn't feel safe. As adults, we were fine. It was an easy walk to the watefront and many restaurants. Close to metro and buses.
