Positive: The question re breakfast does not apply, unless a tea or coffee is breakfast. The location was superb. The place was very clean. The shower good, even if the piping a bit bizarre. The bath appreciated. Not to mention if you went overboard and supplied some bath salts.

Negative: The main bed was unusable as a double. The right side made atrocious noise to any movement on it. We had to use the second bed as well as half the double. The kitchen lacks a breadboard. Could have used more coffee capsules and black tea.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay.

Positive: Location is amazing. Right in the heart of the city. Dog friendly

Negative: Top floor, no lift. Property is a bit tired. Most of the shutters are broken or missing altogether. Short of cutlery (replaced when asked). No hairdryer. 2nd fridge still doesn’t work (broken last year). No bedside lamps and insufficient fans (only one provided).

Positive: Well equipped apartment. Very central location and very comfortable. The host was excellent....so helpful and welcoming.

Negative: It was a little noisy due to street cleaners. Would suggest keeping the windows closed at night time. That worked perfectly for us.

Negative: No air conditioning. Only one fan. 2nd floor, difficult for aged people. No outdoor space. Close neighbours who asked us to keep noise down at 2200. More cutlery and glasses

Positive: Location was in walking distance to everything. Apartment was very nice, spacious and clean, Michaela made us very welcome in every way. Great restaurants in the area and the lake is nearby to. Local transport is free. We had a fabulous time at Apartment Adelaide.
