Summary: Federica made sure we were happy during our stay. We will stay here again if we visit Neuchatel. The place is in the town center and centrally located.

Summary: GREAT HOTEL with nice amenities and staff. elevator however didnt reach our floor and we had to lug the stroller and luggage up and down the stairs each day. Very clean, excellent location, well ventilated, beautiful property.
