Positive: Les Ganivelles is a charming house off the main road between Bordeaux and La Rochelle. With 2 bedrooms upstairs and a spacious open living room-kitchen downstairs it was perfect for us. The decor is relaxed but stylish and exudes tranquility. The most gorgeous Christmas cactus I have ever seen. The hosts Laurence and Didier were very helpful but gave us lots of privacy.
