Summary: The apartment is very well equipped and furnished for 2 couples, and the outdoor terrace is a fantastic place to enjoy a late afternoon glass of wine. Very quiet at night. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The location was in a multicultural area, close to the Mercato and a comfortable walk to both the train station and the old town. We really enjoyed our stay at Les Halles.

Summary: Cute apartment. It is supposed to sleep 6 but we only had 2 wine glasses of different sizes. The apartment needed a good inspection by management. The dining room chairs had loose legs. The outdoor furniture had torn cushions. We both have Nespresso machines and we know bitter coffee means it must be descaled. The coffee was so bitter we could not use it. The apartment is on a small square that is a major thorough fare in the neighbourhood and is very noisy. The description says it is 8 minutes from the market but in reality it is 8 seconds to the back door of the market so staring at 4:30 in the morning we are awaken by the unloading of trucks and loud voices. We needed to sleep with the windows closed because of the noise but it was warm and we couldn't find the remote for the A/C. The gentleman who meet us to check us in seemed total uninterested to be there.

Summary: Les Halles "Great location, just a few snafu's with internet, washer and checking in. 🙂 We liked the location and the apartment was clean, and the beds were comfortable 🙁 The guy who checked us in, spent 2 mins with me, he was very rushed. He pretty much threw me the keys and left. The washer didn't work, which was frustrating and the internet. We could connect to it. I tried messaging the guy and he was no help. He said he knew nothing about it. Pretty frustrating. Also the lawn chairs outside were pretty gross, those should really be replaced."

Summary: Les Halles "Great apartment that can use just a little improvements. Location OK but seems not safe at night. 🙂 Good apartment. Two bedrooms, two bathrooms (one whole bathroom in one bedroom, the other bedroom has a shower and a sink but the restroom without a sink is in the hallway), kitchen (enough dishes and cookware), great patio. Clean. Close to the shops and tram stop. 🙁 However, some improvements would be welcome. There are no floor mats in the bathrooms, no broom, nor vacuum cleaner, nor mop. Impossible to clean anything. Also, it would be nice if they had some hooks in the bathrooms. Not enough dishwasher tablets nor toilet paper - had to buy. Only one kitchen towel. Location is OK but not the best - it is very close to the big farmers market, a lot of small stores , and a couple of medium size supermarkets, however, the area doesn’t look safe in the evening. A lot of homeless people, and every evening the group of young people (mostly black men) are hanging out near the farmers market, a lot of graffiti on the walls."

Summary: Les Halles The apartment was even more spacious and well-appointed than expected. The location was excellent, right by the market--also easy to get to the Metro to explore the city. Communication was excellent and easy. The neighbors were a little loud, but that was minor. I would stay here again!
