Positive: In the town, reasonable price.

Negative: VERY TINY SPIRAL STAIRCASE access to room, VERY narrow gate and small space with 3 other cars to try to park, unclear where to find host upon arrival, no access to the TV in the room, extra cost for heating upon leaving.

Summary: Comfy but only for physically capable people.
