Summary: The hotel could use a bit of a renovation but overall it was cute and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Beautiful courtyard.

Summary: Our allocated Executive room was awful- dark, small, drab and smelt of smoke. On our request, we were allocated a better room of the same class. This was comfortable, clean and well equipped but still bland. Communal areas were not great although the hotel has pleasant outdoor garden space. This didn’t feel like a 4*hotel and not worth the daily rate.

Summary: Beautiful courtyard as in the picture and friendly staff however check in was so slow, not given any instructions regarding Wi-Fi or breakfast so didn’t know where to go on day 1. The room was lovely and the bed really comfortable but the tea, coffee and milk were not replenished throughout the stay. Unfortunately on day 2 the lift broke down which was not ideal as we were on the fourth floor with my 88 year old mother. Reception just said it was disappointing. Limited menu in the courtyard but pleasant. We didn’t find the restaurant.

Summary: This hotel was beautiful (Instagram worthy). The room was a decent size for Paris and the little pathway between buildings was excellent. The breakfast was standard for this type of hotel. Check-in and breakfast felt a little chaotic. There were several tour groups (an older French speaking group and a young American group with at least 20-30 people). So, it felt a bit more like being on a cheap cruise than the boutique hotel experience of Paris. Totally fine, but not the experience I typically go for when I'm in town for the weekend. If you don't mind that atmosphere (or you are booking for a big group) this is a good option.

Summary: The front desk staff was great upon checkin. The room is tired and in need of an update. The furniture is worn and dated. We asked for additional bedding for the pullout sofa before we left the room and expected it to be there upon our return but I had to call the front desk twice when returning to the room. The AC didn't work great...it was set low but in no way was that the actual temp of the room.

Summary: This stay was an extension of a tour stay. The hotel did not have proper accommodations for people who are mobility challenged. No hand rail for the steps leading into the hotel or into the building we stayed in. The tub was so high with no support handle that it was extremely difficult to get into or out of. The toilet was way too low. The restaurant or bar was never open. The evening staff didn’t communicate welll with the morning staff.
