Positive: Amazing stay. Staff very friendly and warm. Lisa is a very great host and full of good tips. The house were we stayed was super cute and with an amazing view on the garden right in front of our bed. The property is also located close to very nice restaurant like the Bistrot de Paradou which has the biggest and richest cheeseboard we have ever had the pleasure to taste. We would love to come back soon.

Positive: The staff are very friendly and helpful, providing plenty of good tips and recommendations for exploring the surrounding area.
Negative: Our room was dark, a bit damp and below the standard we expected. We shared it with some giant insects. The terrace was unattractive and noisy (right next to the pump for the swimming pool). The common areas of the hotel are pleasant, but showing signs of wear. More a family place than a romantic getaway. Breakfast was poor, lacking fresh salads and fruits.
Summary: A bit disappointing. Lacking the refinement we expected.

Positive: Very beautiful set up with cosy but very modern, spacious and comfortable little houses and a beautiful pool. Good breakfast buffet.
Negative: Our TV did not work and the internet in the room was interrupted constantly. Asking to add 4% to your total bill as a tip for the staff we found quite rude.

Positive: I love that it used to be a hamlet and the way the estate is laid out feels very exclusive and private. The pool area and dining was superb, our house was beautifully decorated and all round it was wonderful. The team made every request that we had a reality with no fuss and a real feel of ‘the customer is always right’.
Negative: Having a downstairs bathroom was a slight inconvenience. The proximity to Mausanne was too far to walk and a free shuttle service would have been perfect. Also given the cost I would have expected some of the extras like electric bikes to be a free rental. Breakfast was expensive for the lack of made to order food (self service coffee machine) also a lack of breakfast catering for dietary restricted people (gluten/dairy).
Summary: Excellent stay in Provencè paradise with slight room for improvement, which would make it incredible!
