Positive: Because of travel I asked for the entry keys placement or retrieval and address to the facility to be given 3 days in advance, which was ignored so at the time of arrival I needed to get internet to get the instructions. they were not clear, but a neigbor told me the "Air B & B keys" were in a box totally on the other side of the property. The studio is noted with free Internet, it took 2 days and many messages to get this going, since the caretaker simply switched off her phone so my messages did not go through. I found the internet box with a code that I tried several times it did not work. Finaly the owner messages how the internet worked and then suddenly the code then did work. There are no clear instructions how the heating works, a small note on the wall in the Bathroom, but the signs it shows, the heating does not show. At arrival there are 2 x A 4 about the apartment but nothing really usefiull, about internet, heating or TV, and well publicized Jacuszzi, or bikes is mentioned. The old bikes are mentioned on a piece of paper stuck to a cupboard at the entry. Besides a strange odor in the bathroom, which is tiny and the remote control of the so called Jacuzzi does not work and the explanation booklet for that too, in teh bathroom, is not very clear, besides there are 3 different remote controls, for teh TV, so getting the TV going is not simple so I finished by not using it. Also that is not in the 2 xA 4 lying in the apartment and then next to the door there was another A 4 with some instruction. It is a nice apartment, close to the beach, but very unprofessional instructions, and a non responsive caretaker, makes it that I will not use it again. It is better placed in Air B & B , as it definitely not professional enough set up to be listed on Booking.com.

Positive: Excellent location and lovely view from the balcony over the sand dunes and to the sea. Apartment was spotless and had everything you needed.
Negative: It would be helpful if a block number was put on the information. We were sent the apartment number but there are four blocks A to D with the same apartment numbers. We ended up just trying the key in the front door for each block till we found which one worked.
Summary: Lovely little apartment in beautiful location.
