Positive: well equipped, very clean, good location, we had a good stay!
Negative: I had some weird experiences which i never had with any other Booking reservation.. 1. The price showed 52 euros and after clicking through it suddenly changed to 60 euros. 2. a few days later a deposit of 150 had to be paid.. I thought it was fraud but it was indeed a deposit. Never experienced this before with Booking. 5 days after the stay my card is still blocked with 150 eur. 3. I consider a privacy violation.. there's a camera above the apartment door and afterwards I got a message saying that 10 euros would be deducted from the deposit for a dog. Not correct on my part that I didn't report that in advance but many I do this at check in but it turned out to be auto checkin. But the fact that someone apparently reviewed the camera footage and then determined that we have a dog doesn't give a good feeling. Maybe it would be more practical if they processed dog costs into the general price, since they've opted for easy, automatic check-in.

Negative: Information about internet access could be available on instructions in property. It would be nice to also have some info about local facilities, restaurants etc. Slightly cold on arrival but warmed up with radiators plugged in.

Positive: Great once inside the apartment. Clean, tidy, everything you need. Had to request a code to access the second bedroom…. Not sure why!! Parking secure, no problem with access at all. Didn’t find it difficult.
Negative: Outside area compared to interior is not good at all. Was not a problem for a 1 night stay but given better weather would have been very disappointing.
