Summary: The hotel was beautiful and in a great location. However A/C was not working. We addressed it with the front desk after our 1st night and they reassured us it would be fixed and setting adjusted so we could control it with a thermostat in our room. When we came to our room the 2nd evening the room was cool. But shortly after the air condition tuned off and the temperature rose to 25.6 degrees Celsius / 80F. We tried ti reach out to the front desk but were unable to, because the front desk is unstaffed from 11pm till 7am. Five star hotel should have functioning climate control and staff available to assist at all times

Summary: Very nice property with large, clean and luxurious rooms. Staff was attentive and helpful. Large luxury bathroom in our swuite and very comfortable bed.

Summary: Quiet, well located property convenient to all part of town. The staff was happy and helpful. Breakfast was the best we had in two weeks travelling the Loire Valley. Our room was well-appointed and seemed very new. Recommend without qualification.

Summary: "Conveniently located for all major tourist activities, just a short walk from Les Halles and the cathedral, with plenty of shops along the way. While the hotel doesn't have its own restaurant, there are Michelin-recognized dining options nearby, and the check-in staff offers excellent recommendations for a variety of cuisines. A great stay and highly recommended for anyone visiting Tours."
