Positive: This property had a lot of charm and our host Oliver was very welcoming and helpful. We loved the location of the property - only 15 mins drive to Cordes-su-Ciel and numerous other charming towns which we visited. Having a swimming pool was perfect as it allowed us to cool off each day. Especially important since we arrived during an extreme heatwave. The breakfasts were wonderful. And we loved that there was a kitchen that we could use to prepare our own evening meals in, since there were no restaurants in the town. We ate out at lunch time while we were sightseeing and then picked up a few groceries and ate at the accommodation in the evening.
Negative: Air conditioning would have been a wonderful addition although we do appreciate this is not common in these old farmhouses.

Positive: Gorgeous building with beautiful rooms and even nicer communal parts. We particularly enjoyed having access to a communal kitchen with some local products available for purchase. There are tables and chairs set in various part invite you to stay and relax, we wished we could have stayed another week to enjoy both the region and the facilities ! The place is very peaceful and the location perfect for visiting the region (Cordes is a 10 minutes drive away). Breakfast was a highlight of the day : very generous and a delicious homemade extra everyday (cake, brioche, pain perdu..).
Negative: To be expected in the south of France, lots of mosquitos about ! It's manageable, but maybe having mosquito screens on the windows would help getting fresh air in the evenings without getting the insect repellant out !
