This luxurious, waterfront, 'executive size' (1640 sq. Ft.), 3 bedroom condo will ensure your holiday is comfortable and memorable. Our ground floor condo is just steps away from beautiful, warm Skaha Lake. The living room, dining room, kitchen and family room all enjoy views of Skaha Lake and Lions Park. This is a quiet end unit with two patios facing the lake and park. Our home is spacious and cool in the heat of the Okanagan summer. A lovely kitchen with island is fully equipped. The condo has a separate dining room, laundry room with washer/dryer, Large Master bedroom with king bed and ensuite bathroom. Also has patio with views to the lake and park. A second large master bedroom has a king sized bed and bathroom access. A third bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed.
A heated pool awaits you outside the front door. Just steps off the back two patios, the beautiful Kettle Valley Linear Park offers a gorgeous walking/cycling track along the lake to Penticton.
Families with children will enjoy the close walking proximity to a large sandy beach on Skaha Lake which is also adjacent to a full playground and splash park for kids to enjoy.
OK Falls has the ambiance of a small town atmosphere, yet has all the amenities you could need within a 10 minute drive to Penticton.

Summary: I have stayed in 3 different condos in this complex. Yours is by far the best one. It was perfect and we hope to come back next year. I did accidentally break a wine glass within the first 5 minutes of being there. I didn’t even drink out of it but knocked it out of the cupboard. I’m sorry. Thanks again. My kiddos loved your space too. 💗

Summary: Had a fantastic stay here for a couple of nights for a wedding in the area. The property was perfect, the rooms are good sized and the A/C kept us nice and cool. Our daughter loved the pool, and it's very centrally located for a walk around the lake or you can drive to Oliver or visit the the local wineries. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a nice stay in the beautiful South Okanagan.

Summary: We had another wonderful stay. The condo was very clean and more than big enough for us. We enjoyed the warm pool, the water park, and the lake. The grocery store is a 3 minute walk away, and there are several good dining choices in town. Looking forward to booking again!

Summary: Carly’s condo was perfect for our golf getaway with my hubby, my cuz and her hubby. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. It met all our needs perfectly. Summary: This was a very clean and well presented property. However it is a ground floor condo and we had significant noise throughout both day and night from above. The property is advertised with lake/beach views. It is possible to see the lake if you stand off the back deck, however it does not mention that the rooms are directly outside a large noisy RV park and it is virtually impossible to open the bedroom or lounge blinds without everyone being able to see directly in! So we did not at any point open the window covers. Generally disappointed at the inaccurate description in the original listing
