Positive: The apartment’s location and space are definitely the highlights. It is within walking distance of several attractions, as well as excellent bars, restaurants, and cafés. The size of the rooms was a pleasant surprise — I traveled alone, but the apartment could easily accommodate up to four people comfortably.
Negative: The only downside was the communication. I didn’t receive any information about the check-in until the day of my trip, and I only got answers to my messages after calling the property directly. This lack of proactive communication was stressful and made me worry about being left outside. Improving this would make the stay much smoother and safer for travelers.

Positive: The location of the apartment is really good in front of Letna Park which you can cross to reach the old town. The apartment was good and clean.

Positive: We stayed here as a family of four (two adults and two teenagers), and overall the apartment was fine for a short stay. It has two comfortable double beds in the bedroom, and a sofa bed in the living room. However, the sofa is more like a folding cot with a thin mattress — only suitable for a small person or a child. It would be very uncomfortable for two adults or a larger person. The location is good — the National Technical Museum is just a short walk away — and there is public parking nearby (orange zone), which is free on weekends and from 8 PM to 8 AM on weekdays. Be sure to check the signs carefully, as some spots in the orange zone have different rules. The Citymove app was very helpful for finding parking, checking hours, and paying.
Negative: The dining area has only four chairs, which could be limiting for bigger groups. The bathroom and toilet are separate, which is convenient, but the toilet has no sink — you have to go to the shower room to wash your hands. The sink there is very small, with no space to place toiletries like toothbrushes or soap. A small shelf would make a big difference. Cleanliness needs serious improvement. The dishwasher didn’t clean the dishes properly, and only one tablet was provided, so we had to wash dishes by hand and save the tablet for the morning of our departure. There were stains on the bed linen, hair in the bed, dirty marks on walls and doors, and — most unpleasantly — hair bunch on the shower wall.

Positive: The apartment is in a nice location, it's spacious and has nice views. Kitchen is well equipped, bathroom was cleen and there were a lot of clean towels provided.
Negative: The living room was impregnated with cigarette smell which I'm especially sensitive to. The diswasher was filled with dirty dishes and one of the blankets had stains, but luckily at least there were more to pick from. Also I was counting on a washing machine which, according to the description, was supposed to be there, but it wasn't.
Summary: Would be a way better stay if it wasn't for the impregnated cigarette smell.

Negative: we had problems with the bathroom drain that was clogged and the shower water that didn’t heat up.
