Positive: Very good situation. Big house with large kitchen.
Negative: - no warm water when we arrived (you needed to turn a handle in the kitchen) - no WiFi code - dryer is not in the house but outside All of this could easily be resolved by providing some information instead of letting the guests ask. Would also need some new matresses. It could really be the perfect place.

Positive: Nice and clean. Little bit old fashion style, but kitchen was perfectly equipped :D
Negative: Had a little bit of trouble with shower and toilet. Not enough water pressure (so if you plan to wash your head, it will take you a while)

Positive: The location was perfect. 5 mins walk to shops and pubs. We loved interacting with the very friendly pigs and goats. They were so cute. Letterfrack is a great location for touring the local area. Beautiful beaches ….Glasilaun beach is stunning. Oliver’s in Cleggan for delicious chowder. Kylemore abbey for being fabulous. We had a great few days with family and would totally recommend it.
Negative: The very high speed ramps on the drive in. We had to negotiate those each time!
Summary: Great location. The farm animals are an added bonus. We loved our few days here.

Positive: Kids loved the farm and the ability to pet and feed the animals. The location was great, a two minute walk to pubs and shops and a short ride to Kylemore Abbey. Property owners were very friendly and helpful.
Negative: The house itself was large (6 bedrooms) but in need of a facelift, especially the downstairs bathroom.

Positive: The cottages were spacious, warm and had good facilities.
Negative: Check in was at 4pm and check out was at 10am. We stayed there to see the animals (ponies) but didn’t get to see them as they were put out in a paddock and the other animals were in their barn. The kids were really disappointed. We didn’t get supplied with bath towels and by the time they arrived the next day we had to check out. All this would not have been an issue if we’d stayed longer than one night though so I’d suggest staying for more than one night.
Summary: Lovely setting and facilities but best stay more than one night.
