Positive: I recently stayed one night at Levant Hotel and had a very pleasant experience overall. The reception staff were friendly and welcoming, making check-in smooth and comfortable. The room was clean and well-maintained, which is always a big plus. One of the hotel’s greatest advantages is its excellent location, very close to the Old City—perfect for exploring without needing much transportation. The availability of private parking is also a significant benefit, especially in such a busy area. Breakfast was good and offered a nice variety, although there is still some room for improvement to make it truly outstanding. One downside was the lack of a kettle or hot water setup in the room for making coffee or tea, which would have made the stay even more comfortable. Overall, a solid choice thanks to its location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

Positive: We had an excellent stay at the Levant Hotel in Jerusalem. The location is outstanding: the hotel is situated very close to the Damascus Gate, making it an ideal base for exploring the Old City and its surroundings, while still being quiet and peaceful at night. The hotel itself is brand new, modern, and very comfortable. Our room was well-designed, clean, and surprisingly quiet given the central location. The staff truly made a difference. Everyone was exceptionally polite, friendly, and attentive. Any request we had was handled immediately and with genuine kindness, which made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Breakfasts were abundant, fresh, and exceptionally healthy, with a great variety of options to start the day in a balanced and enjoyable way. Overall, this is a high-quality hotel in a prime location, combining comfort, tranquility, excellent service, and a brand-new atmosphere. We would gladly return and highly recommend it to others visiting Jerusalem.

Positive: Great location, clean space and hospitable staff. The parking provided for cars is also helpful for the location. Breakfast was excellent too

Negative: It's a newly opened facility and some additions are still missing in the rooms, such as side chairs to sit on in the room if one needs a change from the bed. There is a lack of power sockets for the water kettles provided (which was put on a side table without any power resources next to it).
