Positive: Great location and everything needed in the apartment was available. Host was an excellent communicator.

Negative: The bathroom was rather tired looking and could have done with a new shower curtain.

Positive: We enjoyed a few days in this apaartment in Estoril. It is conveniently located in a quiet residential area, with easy access to the beach and within walking distance of the Estoril Casino and the train station to Lisbon. There are also several nice restaurants and supermarkets nearby. Pedro, the property manager, was friendly and responsive.

Negative: As we understand, the management company uses the same towels and bed linen across different properties, and they appear to be quite worn, so it may be time to replace them. Unfortunately, upon arrival it turned out that the manager did not have the keys with him, so we had to wait about 40 minutes while he went to retrieve them. However, at least this allowed us to avoid the late check-in fee :)

Positive: We had a wonderful time in Estoril. The ground-floor apartment is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. It has been freshly renovated and comes with everything you need: a large fridge, washing machine, and a fully equipped kitchen with new plates, cups, pots, pans, a coffee machine, kettle, iron, and more. The compact bathroom has a shower and good storage options. There are two spacious and quiet bedrooms that can be completely darkened with shutters, with modern windows adding to the overall comfort. The living room features a sofa bed, a dining table for four, and a modern TV with Netflix and other streaming services. The nearest beach is just a 5-minute walk away through an underpass beneath the railway tracks, and the closest supermarket is even closer. Check-in was smooth and easy, and everything went perfectly. We especially enjoyed our stay in September with the great weather. The location is very convenient for trips to Cascais, Sintra, and Lisbon. We’d be happy to come back anytime.
