Negative: A bit far from amenities and wifi was unstable.... as I was dependant on wifi to contact, I had to walk around the room to get the best signal, but even though sometimes you got connection you get disconnected abruptly....

Positive: It is a spacious apartment and it is in between places so you can catch a uber and be 15, 20 min surroundings areas.

Negative: For the price we paid, housekeeping should have been included, but we had to clean the apartment ourselves or you going to be charged extra fee. On top of that, the building charges extra fees for almost everything that you possibly do wrong. It feels like a very dodgy place. We paid a $200 bond and God knows if we are getting that back.

Positive: The apartments were clean & comfortable. Quite roomy.

Negative: Not able to contact the reception by phone at any time during our stay. Also no ventilation in the corridors. Quite stuffy. Building still underway.

Summary: Will definitely stay again. Good value for money.
