Positive: We found the location stunning. The apartment was spacious with plenty of room for 2 families with 4 little kids. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked, allowing us to prepare meals when needed. The washer/dryer was handy to have when travelling with young kids. Shout out to the owner who was very responsive and understanding when we alerted her to the presence of construction directly across the street, which caused a lot of noise and sometimes made it hard for our cars to get through. This was a problem because we had 2 kids who still needed daytime naps. She was able to compensate us for the disturbance.
Negative: The only negative was that we were only provided one roll of toilet paper for 8 people for a 7 night stay. It was easy enough to get more from the shops once we realised, but seemed like a silly oversight

Negative: Maybe sone washing up equipment in the kitchen - sponges, liquid. The dishwasher is great, but we didn't want to put your wine glasses in there!

Positive: Clean, new and modern apartment. Great view of the mountains. It's very quiet in a small town outside of Murnau. Nearby lake is within walking distance. Private sauna is a nice touch. Good size apartment for 4 people and 1 child. However, you can clearly see that the service partner doesn't meet the standards expected as described below.
Negative: Code for the entrance didn't work several times, so we couldnt enter the apartment, but the owner helped us via booking to receive new codes. The door needs to be pulled in order to open. Seems like a lot of guests had the same issue from what we could read in the guest book. The sauna wasnt working and after asking how to work it, we were sent the long manual. In the end, someone had unplugged it... The stove had a child security lock on and we at first couldnt figure out how to turn it off. It would be easier for the owner and more comfortable for the guests to provide a booklet with important information like this, so we dont need to write back and forth so many times. The baby bed was not comfortable, the baby had trouble sleeping for these 4 nights, very hard matress and there was a sheet missing. The owner provided one only after requesting it and it was not clean so we didnt use it in the end. The dishwasher was missing some salt so the glasses and silverware were all foggy. The shutters in the first room to the left dont work on the ceiling, sun shines in very early. Bathrooms are missing hooks to hang towels up. Toilet is crooked. The trash cans in the front were overflowing. Above the stove in the kitchen is missing a light, so we had to use one from the bedroom to cook. Upon requesting extra coffee and cleaning items to leave the apartment in a good state, we were told this is not a hotel and we need to get these things ourselves. It was also a holiday and we couldnt get these items in the store, but the owner provided them in the end. Initial customer approach and inproved facilities might have made a better impression overall.

Positive: We wished we could have stayed longer! New, clean and just comfortable overall. Property manager was very quick at responding.
Negative: Only negative was it was hard for us to find, but it was dark. Totally worth it!
