Beautiful, roomy, sunny 2BR, 2 BA old style Florida beach house and only 200 yards to beautiful Lido Beach. Short, easy walk to all the shops and dining at St. Armand's Circle. Relax on the front porch or in the courtyard out back. 2 bikes provided, ride to Lido Key Park or St. Armand's Circle in less than 5 minutes. Everything you need for the beach is included, just pack your suitcase and enjoy the sunsets. Take the free Bay Runner Trolley from the beach to downtown Sarasota and have your groceries delivered from Publix and you will have no need for a rental car!
Note: Lido Key does not allow dogs on the beach. There is a small beach on Bird Key nearby that is dog friendly.

Summary: Great location, house has everything needed to cook meals at home, beds are comfortable, perfect sized cottage for a family of four. This is the 4th year we have stayed with this property owner and we have always had an excellent vacation experience.

Summary: What a great home. You can tell “ one of the originals”. Kitchen had everything needed. Beds very comfortable and plenty of towels. TV easy to work and great WiFi. Walked to beach- had lunch on covered beach access. Great shopping at St.Armands

Summary: We had a great time in Sarasota; we met my wife's brother and his wife. We loved the location of the property; you could walk almost everywhere you needed to go. It was the most equipped VRBO property we have experienced. The property was excellent and well decorated with art. The host was awesome and very accommodating. We will definitely return; highly recommend.
