Positive: "We had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The room was spacious, and we loved having the convenience of a kitchenette. The view from our room was better than expected—although advertised as a partial beach view, we could see the ocean right from our window. The check-in and check-out process was smooth and hassle-free. One of the highlights was the thoughtful surprise from the staff—a beautiful card and a bottle of prosecco to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. It was such a memorable and fun moment when we returned to the room and found the gift waiting for us. Another huge plus was the on-site EV charging station. It was incredibly helpful to fully charge our car and ready for our road trip home the next day. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this hotel!"
Negative: "While we enjoyed our stay overall, a couple of things could have been better. There was only one working elevator, and it was quite small. Being on the 4th floor, we waited a while, especially when carrying luggage or our beach wagon, which made it a bit inconvenient. Another downside was the prices at the poolside tiki bar. Both the food and drinks were quite expensive, which was disappointing given the otherwise enjoyable amenities at the hotel."

Positive: At first had me in the older hotel view was facing at parking lot and was traveling far to visit Sarasota, but I went to front desk and helped and moved to newer tower with ocean view and what I saw on website which got me to go to resort, staff was friendly and I love the resort right on the beach. Besides the room situation it was good experience.
Negative: Lazy river wasn’t lazy river for you go on it’s man made pond, older building need update
