This home is located just four houses in from the peaceful beaches of Ponce Inlet. This luxury, tranquil home lives up to its namesake with an open floor plan, endless natural lighting, and comfortable furniture.
Step through the front door and into paradise! This home offers a modern living room with leather sofas, nautical arm chairs, a fireplace, and a large, mounted flat-screen television. The home boasts a fully stocked, spacious kitchen complimented with a kitchen island and wine bar. The dining area is tastefully adorned with a dining set for 6 including bench seating for additional guests. There is a second sitting room perfect for soaking in the Florida sunshine without sacrificing the comfort of air conditioning.
The home is fitted with 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and 1 half bathroom. Summary: Doors to pool are not child proof - tv did not work in 1 bedroom- light in shower did not work-bedroom above garage is hot no air - vacuum did not work -bike tires were flat -needed blankets but opened box in living room and was full of nice blankets! Spend ALOT of money for it not to be 5 stars! But could be a 5 star!!

Summary: The house is Nina great location and very nice. When we arrived we found that someone had broken the glass shower door. We were told it was going to be cleaned up. We had to call the property managers back because the cleaners left most of the glass in the shower. The cleaners came back again and finished cleaning it up. They installed a shower curtain for the week. Other than that the property was great. The owner leaves bikes and beach chairs for you to use and it’s a short walk to the beach.

Summary: We were in town for a wedding in Daytona. Ten- twelve family members stayed here each night, multiple generations. This house is as beautiful as the pictures. It was immaculately clean, and I am very picky in the area. We had a small issue with the dryer and the rental company was immediately available and went above what was necessary. The set up of the house is perfect, allowing for large and small gatherings. We loved walking over to the beautiful beach when we had time, and it was nice that it was so close that whoever wanted to come or go could as they pleased. Every single little thing we would have wished for was provided: beach chairs, towels, toys, wagon, pool floats, kitchen utensils, bandaids, even some sunscreen! What an added benefit to not need to run to the store for little conveniences!
