Positive: Lift West is a great piece of property but the condos are owned by separate people in the building room #215 is owned by a second party they do not help they do not change anything when you ask them because you have to go through a separate app to get anybody to contact you and all they say sorry for the inconvenience. For four nights at $1500 you should have a comfortable king size bed like you ask the bed is so uncomfortable my wife did not even sleep with me in there. The sofa bed is way more comfortable than it. Plus if you call Lift West direct, they can give you better rooms besides going through these individuals. The word of mouth needs to get out. It was ridiculous for them to just shove off that. especially when you are skiing all day long you would like to have something comfortable to sleep in. But everything else about the property is beautiful. Easy access to the lifts. I would recommend calling the office before booking.
Negative: I did like the front office of Lift, West the gentleman of there is very nice, and he understood what was going on, but he cannot help because it was not his condo. He told me he would be glad to move into another room, but he couldn’t because I booked through Booking.com and it was through a third-party. He had trouble from them before. Call him 575-754.2778 better price
