3 Bedroom House in Cascade Valley, Moses Lake

Calling all fisherman, hunters, and families looking for a quiet waterfront property. This 3 bedroom, 1 bath home is welcoming guests. There is ample parking spaces for boats, trailers, toys etc. The home sits back from Valley road so you are able to enjoy peace and quiet undisturbed. We are just a couple minutes from Cascade Park where you can launch your watercraft and dock at the residence. We enjoy having campfires on the back patio with the adjacent pergola illuminating the backyard. One of the bedrooms has 2 bunkbeds as our children frequently have friends stay over and the room is to accommodate children, but can also be used for adults if you don't mind bunk beds. This is the ideal vacation property for those who love to be outdoors to take in the full beauty of Moses Lake while relaxing and enjoying time with family & friends. The home itself is not a large home, so please take that into account as the more guests you have, the less "space" there is, not to mention only ONE bathroom. We do plan on remodeling for an additional bathroom at a later date. We've been asked about 5th wheels, camping trailers etc. in order to accommodate more guests. This is on a case-by-case basis as we do not have utilities for such vehicles. We will require an additional fee for each guest beyond what the home accommodates if you plan on bringing additional camp trailers, tents etc. We also have 4 video cameras on the property. One faces the driveway, looking towards Valley Road, the other is on the barn and faces towards the entrance of the property, one facing the dock, and lastly, we have a ring doorbell. This is not to invade your privacy, but is utilized as a means to protect our property from trespassers and thieves. We have a fully functioning kitchen and you're welcome to use any appliances. We provide pots, pans, and cooking utensils and disposable plates, spoons, knives, and forks. Since we also use this space, we ask that you respect any locked cabinets as it is our personal items. You are also welcome to use the washer and dryer.

Summary: The property was just as we expected and advertised. The lake was warm, and we spent a lot of time in the water playing with the 100-degree temps. There are only a few things I would change. I have stayed in a lot of VRBOs, and this is the only one that would not let you use the dishes, and had cabinet locks on all of the cabinets, also the beautiful flowers need to be tied back, they are hanging out so far, you can't hardly walk by. All in all, it is a great place to rent, I would do it again, and will tell others. Thanks JM
