Summary: was amazing time at thr lighthouse very clean all around

Summary: Double charged my room, had to catch it and ask for refund of double charge for full stay. They dropped my laptop bag off a golf cart bringing to our cottage and broke an iPad. All private beaches were covered in seaweed. Last morning there they had loud, lots of people trying to dig out equipment that I guess was there to clean the beach of the seaweed. We got dinner at restaurant inside and couldn’t do room service, then it was much longer then quoted for pick up, then the food was not good. Lobster rolls were half mayo we didn’t even finish the food. I could go on about the room and how it’s advertised as oceanfront but really it’s a cottage shoved behind a bunch of other cottages, or the smell in the room, or how insanely low the shower head was that we had to crouch down to get water to anything above our chests. Etc. Wouldn’t recommend. Especially for the price we paid for it.

Summary: The location is excellent if you wish to have a beside the sea relaxed vibe. The hotel bar was closed which was a real disappointment for us as we wanted to have a relaxed evening drink and meal at the stunning views.

Summary: The cottage was adorable. It was advertised as an ocean view. But it is more like a partial view. The bed slept well and everything was very clean. Furniture was new. Only complaints were: 1. At checkin, I was asked to pay again even when I had a receipt showing that I was totally paid through Hotels.com. Also, the amount charged at the hotel was about $90 cheaper than what I paid through Hotels.com. Attendant was not very pleasant to deal with. However, Hotels.com customer service was fantastic and got the additional room charge reversed. 2. The towel bar and toilet paper holder in the bathroom was pulling away from the wall. 3. The cottage had a slight slant to the floor.

Summary: This is a beautiful property located on the beach. It really does not het much better than this. The room was nice and spacious and the views were nothing short of exceptional. The staff was wonderful and a shout out to the GM, John, for being very helpful! And of course the sunsets on West Dennis beach are worth the stay!

Summary: My husband and I were there for a wedding! Our room was a stand alone little cottage, just one bedroom with a queen size bed, and a nice size bathroom. I suggest the bathroom should have some hooks near the shower so we can hang the towels, as well as a little table/cart for placing our toiletries, since the sink is a pedestal style with no counter space. Breakfast was ok, nothing special, but your typical, simple breakfast. The grounds are beautiful, with a view of the ocean! The staff is friendly and welcoming! The wedding party was held at the premises. It was at the afternoon followed by a beautiful sunset! The food was great and so were the drinks. We had a very nice weekend at the Lighthouse Inn!!!
