In most cases your paperwork will be prefilled with passport and driving licence details to speed the process of car collection. We suggest that before you set off, you acquaint yourselves with the way your odometer works. In most cars to reset you need to press the button on the end of the indicator and hold until the reading flashes for some time and then becomes zero. If you have requested any booster or child seats, please ensure you check the fittings before you set off. Please take care driving along these roads and remember to drive on the right! The speed limits are signposted along the way. The distances are measured from the car park exit barrier. Step 1 Leave the car park and follow the road to the manned security exit. Step 2 Follow the dual carriageway ahead for 5.9km (5.km) until you reach a set of traffic lights, take the second exit. This is the town of Dalaman. Step 3 Continue for 5.2km (11.1km) passing through 3 more sets of traffic lights. At the 4th set of lights turn right towards Fethiye, Kaş, Antalya and Burdur. You are now on the D400. Step 4 After 9.6km (20.7km) you will reach the Gocek tunnel. Take the road straight ahead under the sign ‘Nakit Ucretli Gecis’. The toll is paid in cash. Step 5 Follow the D400 for a further 52.3km (73km), approx. 45 minutes, passing the edge of Gocek, Yaniklar, Kargi and Fethiye. As you approach the junction ahead you will see Finike, Demre and Kas signposted to the right. Take this right turn, continuing on the D400. Step 6 Continue on the D400 for a further 56.3km(129.3km) until you arrive at the set of traffic lights shortly after the blue Kalkan sign on the right. Be aware of road widening construction throughout this section of the journey. Continue on the D400 for another 25.7km (155km), then take the right turn towards the ‘Sehir Merkez’, or town centre, alongside the new marina in Kas. Step 7 Continue for 900m (155.9km), turn right at the end of the marina towards the peninsula hotel district. Continue for 600m and turn right on to the peninsula road. Step 8 After 2.3km (158.8km) you will arrive at a roundabout with a small Police station. Continue straight on for 1km, turn right (you will see signs for Oteller Bolgesi: Capa, Barbarossa, Lukka, Mavilim and Alley hotels )and continue for 500m. Just pass the Barbarossa, SunaSun, Korsan Ada Apartments and Lukka Hotel car park, road bears left, continue uphill, take the narrow right turn after the sign to Solen Blue– there is a silver electricity box and street lamp on the left as you turn in to the road.
