Positive: Edwin was nice and pleasant and answered all the questions we had. The apartment was beautiful and had everything we needed for our stay.
Negative: The security person was not that helpful in helping us with providing the delivery person directions. Also the co-partner that came on check out day was not pleasant. He knocked on the door and as soon as I opened it (Edwin did let me know ahead of ti that his co-partner was coming that’s why I opened the door) he barged in without saying who he was and just came in. We were a bit shocked and alarmed. We felt he was a bit rude and intrusive.

Positive: Our stay at Like a HOME - Balcony - Parking - 6th Floor was absolutely phenomenal! We spent 10 glorious days at this lovely home. The location was perfect, with a number of eateries, restaurants and cafés nearby. The property itself was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for an excellent stay. When we arrived, we were very happy to find a well-stocked kitchen, so we did not need to shop immediately. The linen and towels were very good quality and the beds very comfortable. The host, Edwin was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our experience even more special. We also completed 5 day trips with Edwin. He was an informative guide and altered the day trips to suit our preferences. We can't wait to return for another unforgettable holiday!

Positive: Super cosy flat, clean, safe and felt like home. Really sophisticated flat, well decorated and had all you need to feel relaxed and at home. Owner was great and accommodating. Location quiet and close to the city center by public transportation or taxi. Incredible stay.

Positive: This apartment was like a dream come through. Everything you can think of was there. Nice and comfortable furniture. The location was great. Upon arrival we were met by security, This place is 24/7 with security and cameras. The place was very clean. We were welcomed with a nice flower arrangement on the dining table. Made a big impact on us. The apartment had a washing machine and dryer. You name it, it was there. We did not want to leave and wished we could have more days. Will return for SURE, and do RECOMMEND this apartment 100% Had great communication with Edwin, our host. Two fully equipped bedrooms, one ensuite bathroom, with a walk-in wardrobe, one with balcony, with very comfortable beds. And one separate bathroom. One Power room. Sitting area in the Fully equipped kitchen.
Negative: There was nothing not to like. THE PLACE IS A TOP 100. DO NOT LOOK FURTHER, THIS IS THE PLACE TO STAY IN QUITO ECUADOR. I DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE.
