Positive: Quiet residential neighborhood short walk from metro/bus, comfortable space and bed, clean, very helpful host! Easy check in!
Negative: It was unclear to me when I booked that the kitchen is shared with the other two apartments. It was fine but just a surprise. Minor moisture issues in the bathroom. But overall a very nice stay, no complaints!

Positive: Clean and comfortable, although the kitchen was shared I never saw anyone else during my stay so had it to myself anyway.
Negative: I would probably book a bit closer to the sights in Rome in future, it was a decent walk to everything but I chose that so not a fault of the apartment.
Summary: Good stay with great communication and easy check in. Just be mindful this is not a hotel so there is no on site recept

Positive: Beautiful villa near the train station, the area is clean and rich. You can use a washing machine and a jacuzzi. All amenities for cooking.

Positive: Room with bathroom inside, both new and clean. Modern shower. It is close to the metro station Policlinico and the area is safe to walk even at night. There is a supermarket nearby. They allowed me to do a late check out for free, it was really helpful once I had an overnight train to take. I recommend Lilith's Domus.
Negative: Nothing.

Negative: Our room was a little bit cold, so we had to turn on the air conditioning all the time, but that was not a problem

Positive: The room was beautiful. Really nicely furnished, and the bed was so comfortable! The shower was super hot (brilliant!) and the thick windows mean it's extremely quiet. The location is fantastic and the hosts were kind and communicative. Will absolutely stay here next time I'm in Rome.
Negative: Because the tap water isn't drinkable, it would have been nice to have some bottled water available.
