Positive: We stayed at this holiday house for one night in August as a small family getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday somewhere calm and relaxing. The property is part of a group of holiday houses with a shared garden and a small playground, which was lovely for our daughters. The house itself was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed even plastic plates and cups for kids and there were cleaning supplies available as well. There’s also access to a shared laundry room with a washer, dryer, and some board games. Guests need to bring their own bed linen, pillows, and duvets, but this is clearly mentioned in the booking information, so it was no problem for us. We had a nice evening grilling on our private patio, and since no one else was using the shared backyard, we had it all to ourselves. There are clear instructions throughout the house to help keep it in good condition, and a damage fee applies if it’s left in poor shape which is understandable. Overall, we had a lovely and peaceful stay. It’s a great choice for families looking for a clean, quiet place to relax and enjoy a simple weekend away

Positive: Nice and quiet place. Rooms are small, but clean with comfortable beds. Laundry room available.

Negative: No toilet paper. Too close to the road.

Positive: The cabins are beautiful, but very warm despite the air conditioning. Opening the door for ventilation is unfortunately not an option because of the insects. The kitchen has plenty of utensils - it's amazing how so many things fit there! Everything is well-kept and look very new. The house has a "clean after yourself" policy (which seems to be common in Sweden), but they provide us with everything we need to do the final cleaning. Luckily the people before us did a good job cleaning the flat. However, they forgot to clean the grill after a barbecue, and it was in a very bad shape. Communication and directions were clear and self check-in/out was easy. The small playground behind the cabin is definitely a plus! :)

Negative: The cabins are really really small, so if you are staying with more than 2 people and you catch a rainy day, you might get a bit uncomfortable. In my opinion, they are not large enough for you to spend too much time inside. While booking, I had the idea that I would get a double storey cabin with a mezzanine upstairs (maybe it was my mistake), which would have given us more privacy, but would possibly have been even warmer inside.

Positive: The beds were good. Checking in is very easy. The contact with the host was very quick and easy before arrival. The price was very reasonable.

Negative: The appartment was quite small for 3 adults. The kitchen was so small and under the staircase that we had to move equipment around all the time. The appartment is quite dark due to only 2 doors with glass and no windows. And this appartment was so close to the road that sleeping with open windows would cause to wake up often due to trucks driving fast and loud next to you.
