Positive: The location really worked for us since it was near places we needed to go for our family events. The beach was also relatively close. The layout worked for us since we were all adults, 2 couples and a single. We really appreciated having 3 separate bathrooms. The owner was very responsive when we requested help dealing with someone parking in one of our designated spots.
Negative: The unit was close to a main road so traffic was loud especially during rush hour. It seemed to quiet down during the night.

Negative: Cleanliness….. Couch was stained and smelled of wet dog! The pull out bed was stained with urine. Sheets on bes were stained. Floors were dirty and you could not walk barefoot or your feet would turn black. Furniture and mattresses very uncomfortable.Attempted to reach out multiple times and no one ever got back

Negative: It can be a bit noisy with traffic as it is located close to the road.

Positive: Convenience of location, quiet area. The only thing I did not like was the neighbors let their dogs run loose and they don’t pick up their poop. I had one animal that pooped on my back porch and another one that was pooping in my front yard and the people four doors down, never put their animals on a leash, which concerned me with my children But other than that, it was a great place one thing though it needs more comfortable furniture because the furniture that’s there looks nice, but the chairs are wobbly in the living room and the couch is very uncomfortable.
Negative: The living room furniture was most uncomfortable and everything on the television is in German so if you have a problem, you can’t fix the television unless you understand German

Negative: The furniture was very uncomfortable, the couch was really uncomfortable and hard. The beds are not comfortable at all. My back is killing me. Memory foam is not good if you have a back problem.
