Positive: Hotel looks grand, but the room is fairly basic lacking in things like a coffee machine.Breakfast is good with plenty of choice.
Negative: Reception and bar/restaurant staff were quite unwelcoming and when we asked the concierge to arrange a taxi he told me to download Uber. Not deterring if its star rating and certainly not worth the cost. We had one meal in the restaurant which had little flavour and only half the food arrived.

Positive: The hotel is nice and clean. It has a beautiful garden restaurant. Nice breakfast and staff. A bit far from the main turistic attractions, but it is ok if you take a cab, otherwise it takes too long with the public transport.

Positive: The location was excellent, and at a walking distance from the commercial street of Sultan Mahmet Fatih. In front of the hotel there is a car rental company and when you exit the hotel and turn left, a taxi office/stop is few meters away. The room size is a bit small for what I’m used to (I’ve knew that when I booked it) but very comfortable and clean. The hotel has an excellent restaurant, cafe, gym, spa, and a pool on the 2nd/3rd floor (which was closed at the time I was visiting), and the staff are very nice and welcoming.
