Summary: The hotel itself is great, this review more to the restaurant. The prices of the starters are shocking, €13.50 for one small spring roll that was deep fired too much, mains werent much better either, waste of money

Summary: There was mold in the shower. It was also very outdated. The door didn't close properly so the water got outside of the shower and created a huge flood which I had to clean up. The staff didn't listen very well when asked questions, but there was a strong language barrier (not Irish). I reported that the hallway ceiling light was not working, but they never fixed it. The only ammenities provided other than shampoo and conditioner was a shower cap.

Summary: Location was very nice. Right on the river with a nice outdoor patio area. Parking was very convenient, with the attached garage. Unfortunately, we didn't have time to use the pool or other amenities since we were flying out early the next day. Our room was large and comfortable. Some of the furniture was worn and in need of attention. Staff at the front desk was friendly and helpful. They have a nice restaurant / bar area but the service we experienced there was poor at best. Server wasn't knowledgeable about the menu. We ordered and received our entrees within about 10 minutes, which is never a good sign. The food was not good at all. We ordered a simple dessert and, after waiting for 40 minutes, we had to give up and cancel it and ask for the check. Our server could not be found anywhere.
