Limestone Ridge is a large, family sized holiday house that features a generous deck overlooking the River Murray corridor.
Sleeping up to 16, Limestone Ridge will suit the active family or a group of couples that want to experience the wildlife, fishing, boating, skiing and recreational options that come with a break on the River Murray.
There is a common lawn area and boat ramp on the rivers bank approximately 100 metres from the house.
The Space:
With 5 double bedrooms, a sofa bed, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, dining and living area, a separate games room, a private courtyard and spacious deck - there is plenty of room for large groups and entertaining no matter what the weather.
Bedroom 1 (QS) - The Master Bedroom has an en-suite and walk in robe and overlooks the river corridor.
Bedroom 2 (QS) - Is also located at the front of the house over looking the river and deck.
Bedroom 3 (QS) - Is located to the south side of the property.
Bedroom 4 (QS + 2 Singles) - Is our family retreat and perfect for parents with young children.
Bedroom 5 (2 Bunks + Sofa) is the perfect teenager retreat and is set up games room style.
The fit out is modern, comfortable and can cope with extra guests.

Located on the 'Bend', this property has sweeping, panoramic views to Mt Barker, Tailem Bend and Wellington. Limestone Ridge provides guests with a strong understanding of the once mighty River Murray. Located 5 minutes from the site of the future SA Motorsport Park, this property is easy to find and is accessible to the Coorong, Lower Lakes and River Murray region.
Access to a private ski beach can be arranged and pets are allowed by negotiation.

Summary: We stayed at Limestone Ridge for a family gathering. For 15 people this Property was awesome size! Plenty of room for us all. The house is perched on cliffs overlooking Murray river with amazing views. Well equipped. Great location close to Murray Bridge, Mannum and The Bend. It also has direct river access so we spent a day paddle boarding. We can’t wait to come back again one day!

Summary: The property is big. Everything is comfortable. It's quiet. A suggestion for the air con could have a welcome book that explains what room is for what area. We worked it out in the end but - best air con ever . The toilet door can be a bit tight to open. Everyone's first use all thought were stuck in there Love this place .. anyone looking for a getaway don't look any further xx this is your one stop for groups .. close to everything but far enough away.The Coorong group have great communication and any concerns are at your finger tips... don't look any further

Summary: Couldn't believe the size of the house, it was huge. It is in a very quiet location, gorgeous view of the river to wake up to in the morning. Will book again.

Summary: Very comfortable and clean, spacious & solid house with beautiful and expansive views. It is located off the Princess Highway but it is set back quite a way off the road so it is very peaceful. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable! Just so people know, technically it is a 4-bedroom house not 5; the 5th bedroom is a second lounge room. Would definitely recommend and come back again! We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!

Summary: A great place to swim, canoe, fish and generally socialise with three generations of our family. The sleeping arrangements worked well, as did the various lounge and eating areas. The dogs loved the back lawn and adventures down to the water. Then there was the great view take in over a drink and a relax.
