Positive: The property was clean and the staff was excellent and helpful however the location wasn’t the greatest for walking to restaurants or attractions but the railway was close by. We were three women and the surrounding area felt a bit desolate at night but the accommodations were comfortable and the price was right

Negative: The stairway looked down on a yard that was used as a disposal area for an apartment nearby

Summary: Our experience in the hotel was nice and the staff was helpful, but the area was not great.

Positive: Very good location, considering the size of Berlin’s city center. However, when traveling with a small child, a few locations were quite far away, but there is a bus stop right by the hotel and a metro station a short walk away. Based on the comments I had read on website, I expected the breakfast to be poor, but in reality, for a hotel of this size, the breakfast was very good, with a sufficient variety of food to enjoy a good morning meal.

Negative: This does not concern the hotel, but parking in that area cost €3 per hour. However, it was possible to park the car for a longer period at the Center am Potsdamer Platz parking garage for €6 per 24h.
