Negative: The property itself had character and an ideal location but the bed and pillows in our room unfortunately were smelly and was quite off putting

Positive: Nicely located close to the beach, town centre and football stadium. Impressive staircase worthwhile a second glance at the leadlights in the background. Very clean room and super friendly staff that made me feel welcome. Had dinner in the restaurant and was pleasantly surprised by what was possibly the best Shepherds Pie I ever had.

Positive: Went to meet family. Hot we l very friendly despite being really busy that night. Great bar and good breakfast.

Negative: Shower maybe needed a bit of an update but room very clean and light. Complementary biscuits were good too.
