Positive: Excellent service from all the staff we met. Very friendly, approachable and gave us an upgraded room The dinner and breakfast were both very good. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. The bed was comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

Negative: The only recommendation I would make is that you make customers aware of the extra charge for having steak with the half board option before they order. Otherwise its a bit of a shock. A very minor issue, but I think worth mentioning. Otherwise, a fab stay!

Positive: Studio was very good, decent size. Facilities in the room were good, Kettle, toaster, miorowave, induction hob, crockery and cutlery . An added bonus was the studio had two TVs and the amount of channels available was excellent. We liked that the seating in the restaurant was spacious.

Negative: Breakfast was not good. chef couldnt cook eggs, bacon looked overcooked and inedible. frequently ran out of breakfast items. such as bacon and eggs, also croissants. We had paid for breakfast and dinner, and the staff were not aware of this and initially charged us for our dinner, on the second evening this was sorted, and on the third evening we were charged a supplement for a steak, which we were unaware of.

Summary: On the whole we enjoyed our stay, but if we ever were in Criccieth again we would stay room only.
