Positive: My daughter and I were underway to visit relatives in the Czech Republic. To interrupt the long journey, we booked the accommodation in Bernried, Birketäcker. However, the accommodation far exceeded our expectation. So many excellent furnished rooms, the house itself, the beautiful scenery in Bayerischen Wald! We really regretted that we didn't have enough time to spend in this beautiful surrounding. Definitely next time!

Negative: We really have no suggestion what could be improved. Simply perfect!

Summary: Far exceeded our expectation, regretted not being able to stay longer.

Positive: - private, communication through the app - nice location - the staff was very kind, even when they had to tell us to be quieter at night - modern and comfortable furniture, there was a fan that saved us during a heatwave - fits two cars in the parking lot

Negative: - the lack of tableware, especially bowls and bigger cups - our trash either mysteriously disappeared or somebody walked into the apartment without us knowing - would not recommend traveling here in a group of more than 7 people as one of the pull-out couches is very creaky

Summary: A few flaws but overall very pleasant.

Positive: We like the space - large bedrooms, large living room, large hallway, quite neighbourhood, easy and safe parking. Nice balcony view. Comfortable heating control in each room separately. Bathroom floor heating. Kitchen not large, but has everything. It is a great apartment, minutes from Deggendorf center.

Negative: It is missing a “pen and notepad” to leave a note with “Thank you / Danke schöne ” - otherwise the place is close to perfect ! Only three little tiny suggestions - 1) even stairs are very comfortable also for seniors, but handrail all the way, not just the current part, will make them perfect secure feeling - for both : seniors and children 2) check the Sat/Antenna and TV connection - probably the cleaner disconnected the cable by accident - Internet connected TV entertainment worked fine. 3) I missed a proper beer glass in the kitchen to pour a nice Bavarian Pils in it :)) but other types of glasses are there :))

Summary: Great apartment ! I will book it next time again

Positive: The place was amazing. Everything was there, even the tooth paste. Very quiet, very comfortable and very clean. 15 min walk in a fresh air to the grocery store and few more minutes to walk to church. It is an hour drive from Munchen. Wonderful place.
