Summary: Great location, very clean, spacious, and modern. Communication with KlabHouse team is excellent. Respond time is less than five minutes. There is a small grocery store across the apartment if you need water, cream, cheese, cracker, or any snacks. Nothing but praises for team of KlabHouse and the apartment. Will definitely stay again and will recommend to friends and family visiting Bellagio.

Summary: Very nice accommodation. Cofffee maker was excellent! Updated bathrooms were very nice. Only recommendation would be to add some high bar stool chairs for the deck so you can see the gorgeous view. view.

Summary: Highly recommend this place! Excellent location, very clean, well appointed. Interior is very nice. You can tell it was recently renovated/updated. Beds are comfortable and it has plenty of furniture in living room for a family to be comfortable. I would stay here again, but with less luggage as there are many steps up to the unit.

Summary: I've stayed in Bellagio a half dozen times in different apartments and hotels. I stayed at this apartment for 12 days. There is no better location. A few steps to the lakefront, shops, and excellent restaurants. My jaw dropped when I entered the apartment. Beautifully remodeled. Even larger and prettier than I expected from the photos. The kitchen has every amenity. The counter space is a little tight, but adequate for cooking meals, which I always do. That's the main reason why I rent apartments: The amount you save in restaurant checks pays for most of the apartment. Comfortable beds and large bathrooms. Tenents also have access to a delightful patio overlooking the lake. My son and I both lounged there a couple of times, working on our laptops. The wifi reaches the patio. While I didn't need them during my stay, the landlord is always responsive. I'll likely come back here the next time I'm in Bellagio.
